We are not responsible for the content that will be posted on the account after it has left our possession.
If the content violates the TikTok rules and gets banned/suspended, we are not to be held liable for a refund on these grounds as any social media accounts may get banned, locked, trademarked by the platform for solely their undisclosed reasons.

If your content is of low quality and doesn’t amass many views/comments/likes/shares, we are not to be held liable for a refund. It may not generate many likes, views at the beginning though due to your new login from your new location since Tiktok requires some time to figure out the new audience geo to show your content to.

The followers on all our pages are real but some pages have been inactive for some while, thus might show little activity on new videos for some time after your purchase, you’re supposed to understand this before buying.

If for some reason , your page is giving you drastic issues to operate on (the only case is inability to log onto the page /getting locked within 12 hours after purchase ) we will give a replacement , i.e. another page of the same followers count. We will never issue a refund , only a replacement.

A special term for buying verified pages. We DO NOT hold the responsibility or be obliged for replacement if the page gets pulled/reverted by the original owner (the user who had verified the page with his ID in the first place ) since it is common sense that you buy a page that’s not supposed to be sold/used by any other user except the original owner and thus you accepting the risks of buying such pages.

If you order promotion from us, we do not guarantee your postings will be hitting FYP 100%. Our service may increase your chance of getting to FYP but it still depends on your content, niche and many other factors to be taken into account, so you should understand the risks before buying this service .
